چکیده
Background: Status of tumor receptor, including estrogen receptor(ER), progesterone receptor(PR) and Erb-B2 Receptor Tyrosine Kinase 2(ERBB2), is important to predict clinical behavior in breast cancer. Cutaneous metastasis from cancer a dismal sign. However, whether the receptor status would differ primary skin metastatic sites conversion affect remain unknown. Methods: From 2002 2021, 41 patients with biopsy-proven cutaneous were identified medical center Taiwan. 2004 869 stage 4 by registry same hospital. Demographics, presentations, survival time after measured. The ER, PR, ERBB2 tumors measured immunohistochemistry. Results: patients, 52 biopsied. median age at diagnosis was 56 years old (range: 33-82 old). most common both primary(75%) tumors(67%). ER-PR-ERBB2+(n=16, 46%), ER+PR+ERBB2+(n=8, 23%) ER+PR+ERBB2-(n=4, 11%). While metastasis, ER-PR-HER2+(n=13, 48%), ER+PR+HER2+(n=5, 19%) ER+PR-HER2+(n=4, 15%) common. all 28 months, which longer than that (10 months). Patients either or triple negative had 3 months. gain loss PR 4.5 Conclusion: There are high percentage presentation tumors. worst outcome among patients. second those conversion.

Relation between Estrogen and Progesterone Receptor Status with p53, Ki67 and Her-2 Markers in Patients with Breast Cancer
Background: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, containing approximately one third of all illnesses in women. Assessment of molecular markers is valuable in predicting the outcome of disease and decision making for optimal treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between estrogen and progesterone receptors with Her-2, Ki67, P53, and clinicopathologica...
متن کاملAndrogen Receptor Expression and Its Correlation with Clinicopathological Parameters in Iranian Patients with Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Background & Objective: Our knowledge about correlation of androgen receptor expression and clinicopathological properties of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) patients is inadequate, particularly in the Iranian population. The main aim of the present study was to assess the AR expression in TNBC Iranian patients and evaluate its correlation with their clinicopathological pa...
متن کاملThe Relationship between Breast Self-examination and the Disease Stage in Detection Time among Patients with Breast Cancer in Yazd
Introduction: breast cancer, as the most common cancer among women, is controllable if it is diagnosed at the early stages. Breast self- examination is a simple method for early detection. One of the most important effective factors on the cancer-related mortality is the defection stage. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between breast self-examination and the disease stage...
متن کاملPatients with Concordant Triple-Negative Phenotype between Primary Breast Cancers and Corresponding Metastases Have Poor Prognosis
PURPOSE We investigated the prognostic impact of discordance between the receptor status of primary breast cancers and corresponding metastases. METHODS A total 144 patients with breast cancer and distant metastasis were investigated. The estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) status of primary tumor and corresponding metastases...

this study focused on triple-negative breast cancer (tnbc) that is characterized by the lack of expression of estrogen receptor (er), progesterone receptor (pr), and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (her-2). the primary goal of this study was to describe the relation between triple-negative receptor status and survival. this is the first study about triple-negative breast cancer in our ...
